January 2008

The year started in the snowy mountains of Austria after 2 nights of heavy drinking.

Exactly at 00:00, 1st of Jan. I gave up smoking.

The tough phase of preparation for the Vienna marathon started... running running running. Nothing else happened (as far as I remember).

February

In February we went to the zoo in Vienna to see the newly born Panda... which we didn't see, because it was sleeping all the time :-( Instead I took a photo of a sleeping Koala, which is quite boring.

In Feb. I also started to work in the same company again where i was fired 5 months before.

And, which is most important, where I met the best girl I could ever dream of - Rebecca (see next picture).

March

In March Rebi and I made a self-portrait.

April

My knee went sore (meniscus) and I could not take part in the Vienna marathon - what a tragedy after all the preparation! Reason: I switched to rapidly to long distances und increased speed. My own fault :-(

Spring!

Good bye weekend in the countryside for Violeta who moved back to Spain. (It's always good to hang around with exchange people).

July

SUMMER! University's over. Question: Did I study a lot? Answer: NO! Next semester's gonna be better, I swear.

Warren visited Graz - a night of heavy drinking of course :-) I think we watched the EURO final that day... I think.
